Shoulder seasons $25 - $49 per bed per night*
Summer $39 - $109 per bed per night*
Closed the winter months of January, February and March
Higher rates apply to holidays and certain weekends
Private room surcharge $10 - $40 (depending on the room and season)

Reservations:

Booking suggestion: If our booking link says there are no available beds on any particular day, we suggest you or call to inquire about availability as there may still be beds available. A cancellation might not have been posted yet. Also note that if you are booking less than 24 hours in advance, the booking system is set up so it won't let you book online for the next or same day, even if there are beds available.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express are required to make a reservation.

Dorm beds: A 50% non-refundable deposit may be requested at time of booking if two or more beds are booked for one or more nights during peak season.

Private rooms: Non-refundable payment in full may be requested at time of booking of a private room for one or more nights during peak season.

Maximum of five nights booking. Additional nights may be available at discretion of the management. Length of booking may vary considerably with the season.

Reservations will be held until 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made. After 6pm unclaimed beds may be resold.

Payment on arrival: Cash preferred. No charge payments accepted for less than two days stay.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy in general and as much as two weeks during summer and holiday weekends. If you don't cancel within the cancellation time which applies to your booking date and don't show up, your charge card will be charged for the first night stay.

Late Arrivals (after midnight):
--- No arrivals after midnight without prior arrangement with management
--- $10 late fee will be charged to guests arriving after midnight

Minors: Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Alcohol & Drugs: No alcohol or alcohol consumption allowed in guesthouse or on the premisis. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
